I saw some guy in a pickup truck...yelling out his window at a old lady who pulled out in front of him...he was justified.
Driving To Work Rule #5: Blinker use is optional only when switching lanes...ok? If you are turning, let people know...if you are merging into another lane...no need. If you do that, we know you are an amateur...
