The Boston Morning Commute Driving Rules as compiled by me:

Rule 1: Everybody's in a hurry -- Respect that fact.

Rule 2: Never snooze at a red light.

Rule 3: If you are slow, stay right.

Rule 4: If you are going to pull into traffic, never make eye contact…but be swift.

Rule 5: Blinker use is optional when switching lanes.

Rule 6: Pick a lane and stay in it...Do not ride the white dotted line down the middle.

Rule 7: Don't tailgate.

Rule 8: During a “slow merge event”, follow the “one car after another” format.

Rule 9: Exiting on the right from a left lane is never acceptable.

Rule 10: Keep your rage down to a miminum – remember Rule 1 when angry.
