I had a doctor's appointment today. I was happy to see my official weigh in was 29 pounds lighter than it was when I was weighed in September 2009. Yay me.
Taking the 9:23 train is quiet and if I could do it everyday I would. Imagine how much sleep I would get every night. The number of seats open is awesome too.
First full week of the year. Bring it On.
